I’m just looking for some thoughts on something that might be a little silly. So my husband and I have been married for a couple months now, but have been together for what will be 4 years in April. We’ve lived together about that whole time, have good steady jobs, and even have our own house which we’ve had for over a year.

We have been seriously talking about starting a family, something we both want. But we’re both unsure of the timing because we have a family trip coming up in the beginning of July to Canada. We both feel ready, but are afraid of how sick/uncomfortable I might be while on our vacation, and that I might not be able to enjoy myself while seeing family I haven’t seen in 4 years.

So I guess my question is, do ya’ll think I’d be okay? I would not be flying; I’d drive up and stay in a hotel that night, then continue the next day until I reach my destination.
