Bleeding at 11 weeks, help!

So Saturday morning we left to go visit family and at a rest stop I went pee and noticed bright red blood. It was enough to be alarming but my underwear was not wet. I went again 20 minutes later and it was darker..the following day was dark old blood every time I whipped but again, not too much... should I be worried? I have an appointment tomorrow so I’ll find out more. 😞
