Am I really pregnant again lol!

Alright a little back story..

So my husband and I were trying for almost a year trying to conceive are first baby well nothing was working so we decided to give up... well a couple months later we found out we were pregnant are first little man was born 9/12/16 well my husband and I decided we want to have at least a few more children and wanted them close togeather well when they say your more fertile after having a child there right six months later I was pregnant with are second little boy born 9/11/17 (he was born preemature due to cord complications; born healthy breathing on his own and strong of 3.5lbs but had to stay in the NICU for 19days :( ) so fast forward to now so I had to cancel my birth control appointment due to family emergency and well I had my first post period 11/18/17 and well my flow hasn't came yet (was supposed to come Thursday 12/21/17..... I mean i did say I wanted them close lol so I've took two pregnancy tests last Monday 12/18/17 and Wednesday 12/20/17 and they were both negative should I but a digital today and it should give me the final answer right?
