Help please

I am 12 weeks pregnant today and haven’t worked out in over a year. I am not happy with my body and know that I will only get bigger and more out of shape with this pregnancy so my question is how can I start seeing results and do exercises that are safe for baby? What are some exercises I can do? I’m currently 145 lbs and I was only 110 2 years ago... I went through a depression state and barely got out of bed for a year long story short but i want to have a healthy and fit pregnancy. Thanks in advance
