Is vaginal dryness always a sign of low progesterone?

Hey all,

I'm currently 4 and a half weeks pregnant and I've been having some dryness in the last few days. It's not completely dry but I'm just not producing a lot of CM at the moment. I've had one miscarriage before so of course I'm paranoid and reading things on the internet too much and several posters have said that this could be a sign of low progesterone which could indicate ectopic pregnancy.

Does anyone know if this is always or usually the case or am I just finding reasons to be worried? I just want this baby to stick so badly.
