Is this my sign of labor?
For the past week or so I’ve been having diarrhea on and off. Today for the first time since like 13 weeks, I was nauseous even after eating. I noticed that I had some stomach pain too. But before all the nausea and stomach pain, I got really dizzy where the room was spinning. I also have way more pressure now.
