SPOTTING EVERY DAY

Okay, so my period was due a week ago. The day before it was due, I had a red spot of blood in my underwear so I was like okay there’s my period, but a tampon in, and went on with my day. I took it out a little later and it was clean so I was confused. Now, ever since then, when I wipe I see a dot of pink/red blood and then my underwear is a little brown (I guess dried blood) when I take them off at night. My periods are usually really heavy like this is just barely spotting.

So, I took a pregnancy test. It was negative.

I gave birth in September, bled heavy for a month, stopped bleeding at the beginning of November and didn’t have one drop of blood until my period that month. No blood after either until my spotting a week ago.

HELP!

PS: not on birth control if that makes a difference
