Flu or cold?

I am 11 weeks and 2 days,  I have body aches, headache, coughing, congestion, stuffy and runny nose. I feel miserable. The doctors office is closed, I’ve been taken Tylenol sometimes. I was wondering if anyone had any tips? Most people that go to the doctors don’t get any medication because of the pregnancy so I don’t know if it’s worth me going tomorrow.

I’d call your nurses line and get their advice! They will either tell you what you can take or ask you to come in if they think it’s the flu :)

I had the same thing for 4 days. Red a lot of stuff and nothing actually helped. 😊 but you know how diy is the best thing, so i made myself this ginger lemon and honey mix. Drank it as a tea for 3 days and felt a lot better. Try it it might help you too 😊 wash the lemon and slice it with the skinny n and all. Mix in a jar and leave it to settle for half an hour. It should get juicy then just scoop it in a cup and put some hot water on it. Or just eat ot raw.
