Anyone fall pregnant whilst BFing?

7.5 months of breastfeeding.
No period yet! 
Last few days I've had bad cramps where my whole uterus is sore, & super sore nipples whilst breastfeeding. They feel so tender & sensitive! We have been having sex 2-3 times a week. The cramps started the day after a bit of a rougher nooky lol.
Anyone else have this & end up pregnant ?

For breastfeeding to be used as an effective  method of birth control it has to fall under a certain criteria. 
1) Baby is less than six months old
2) your period hasn’t come back
3) your baby is 100% exclusively breastfed. 
I believe you can’t even use a paci for it to be effective. Kellymom has a lot of information on this and more! But remember even if you fall under the criteria needed(which OP doesn’t but for any other mommas interested in this) you still have a 1-2% chance of getting pregnant.

if you are not using any form of birth control other than "breastfeeding" as a form then yes you can fall pregnant.

my mom breastfeed me thinking it was birth control and then still ended up being pregnant with my brother right after so be careful

As many drs will tell you, you are extremely fertile after giving birth. I have always been told that you can get pregnant while breastfeeding. Even if your cycle has not returned, you are still ovulating! That's why there are so many babies out there so close together, 11-18mo age differences! A friend of mine was told by her dr that if she was breastfeeding she could not get pregnant, 4mo PP & she was pregnant again.
