Work out help!
I’m 5’3”... I weigh 225 and I want to get down to 140. My first stop of weight loss is 195... because it’s been years since I’ve been below 200. My problem is not starting to work out.. it’s continuing after a week. I know it’s a short time but I get discouraged. I’ve got to make some changes..
what are some things that keep you going?? And what all do you do? I love to walk, yoga and some simple workouts I’ve found on Pinterest.
This is me now... and SO ready to have a new me!
