Any tips?
Hi, I’m 13, around 5’7”, and (on a good day) about 182 pounds. My doctor and the BMI chart are telling me I’m overweight. I’m very unhappy with myself and my overall image. I’m a very picky eater and I’m always hungry so it’s very hard to consistently eat healthy. I’m also not athletic in the slightest and I can run for about ten seconds before gasping and being in pain. I have no upper body strength whatsoever. Any tips on healthy eating ideas for a picky eater and workout tips for someone lacking any athleticism? Thanks.
