Tongue clicking
My baby makes this clicking noise with her tongue every time she eats.
They said it meant bad latch and that she had a tongue tie. They laser cut the tie last week. She’s 8 week old. And it’s still happening. I don’t know what to do or if it’s something serious. She does it with a bottle too. I try every position and latch to stop it but it doesn’t.
