PLEASE HELP ME

I’m in pain at the moment, maybe a 5-6 on the 1-10 scale. It doesn’t seem bad until you’ve had it constantly for 4+ hours. My stomach is bloated, it feels full and pressurized. I’ve been burping frequently but there is no relief. I’ve tried Gas-X (which worked last night but didn’t today) and I tried a heartburn/sour stomach medicine my grandmother suggested. The burps smell (although they have gotten better over the hours).

For reference, I have not had many carbonated drinks in the past few days. I had two today, but that’s never had an effect on me before like this.

Also, every time I go to the bathroom, I pee. I don’t even have to pee but I still pee and it’s scaring me.

I’m in a lotta pain, so please help me.
