okay so i took a shower today and this discharge came out of my nipple piercing. Ive had it pierced for two months and theres no signs of infection. the discharge is sticky and it smells normal. is this normal?

that's completely normal, mine do that also. it's just the pus stuff that comes out of piercings like your ears. out of the shower it gets hard and crusty just like any piercing so you're good girl

Totally normal. Just make sure you use unscented soap to clean them in the shower.

maybe it's plasma? like when you scrape your knee and it doesn't bleed but it gets wet. If you get another symptoms the best would be to go to your piercer and to your doctor

totally normal, most piercings have some form of discharge all it is is lymph fluid and dead cells. As long as it isn't foul smelling or a very weird color, painful, warm or bleeding then you're fine. just clean the fluid away like normal and if it's dried do a sea salt soak to soak it off.

It’s hard to tell but infections don’t always appear typically. Is it tender? Red? Warm to the touch? It is possible to produce milk if you aren’t pregnant. The piercing may just have created another hole for it to come out of when it otherwise wouldn’t have. Keep it clean, wash with plain, unscented soap and watch for redness and inflammation.
