Trouble At Night
I’m pregnant with my first baby... 13 weeks today. Does anyone else have problems at night sleeping. I am out of it early on in the night but anywhere from 12-5 I can be awake for ours. Back sore. Lower abdomen sore! I’ve bought a pregnancy pillow and it has helped a little bit I’m constantly tired and feel like crying because I just want a half decent nights sleep. Anyone have any tips or remedies???!!! I would be much grateful!!!
