Lease Apartments, needing advice and tips

We’re a family of 3, my husband and I and our 4 month old baby with Down Syndrome.

We’re planning on finding an apartment and going to go see the apartments and talk with the owner of these apartments but we don’t know what to keep and eye out for or what kind of questions to ask. What are some tips and advice... we really need a home. Our baby girl needs room to grow and develop but we’ve been stuck in a tiny room with a family and sometimes our baby girl just get whiny and I know it’s just cause she’s tired of being stuck here.

We live in Massachusetts, in case that helps...
