I'm pretty sure I'm not Prego but...

Okay so my period is officially 7 days late. I'm pretty sure I can't be pregnant. My boyfriend and I haven't had sex in over a month. My last period went fine. I'm having a lot of brown blood. No cramps really. I just get brown blood. Is this normal? It's not normal for me. I don't know what to do 😭
