What is going on !

Seriously I do not understand what is going on past few days I've been TMI constapated and then hit with diarrhea. I've been nauseous, itchy nipples, sleeping all the time and tonight about 20 min ago I threw up. Took a shower because that's what I usually do when I don't feel well went to wash my face with my first facial scrub and it hurt my face so bad I couldn't even rub it !!!.secondly I got my aloe face wash and I couldn't even stand the smell and I threw up again .. according to glow I'm 1DPO! So it's obviously too early to test and for any signs any way. Could it be the flu? Maybe I ovulated early and should test ??
