Odd bleeding at 7weeks 3days

Sorry ladies I’ve posted elsewhere but needed advice off ladies that have delt with miscarriages.

Hi ladies I’ve had previous miscarriages and both times have been very different to what I’m experiencing now.

I had super light pink discharge the other day for one day only and then it disappeared for about 3 days then just before I had “bleeding” again except this time it was like bright red and it was a string in between clear-creamy discharge... I don’t have any cramps or pain, I have had an upset belly but that’s due to the stomach virus in our house atm. Anyone shed any light on this if it’s worth worrying about or if it is a miscarriage at 7-8weeks?
