Clogged ducts

For two weeks now my right breast has had clogged ducts I pump until I’m empty(it takes 30+ minutes just on the right side.) and the very next time I pump it’s clogged again! My supply is slowly dropping and I’m really feeling like a failure. I’ve tried a hot compress, massage in a hot shower, massage while pumping.... I EP as LO one latch so I can’t get him to help me unclog it.. I’m on the verge of giving up. I’m so frustrated. My right breast/nipple is red and sore when I pump my nipple actually turns purple and throbs when I’m done. Is this just my bodies way of telling me it’s done? I went from producing 14oz a pump session to never more than 8oz..
