What do you do for the extreme dry sinuses!?

My sinuses are so dry when I wake up which is causing a lot of pain and headaches. Anyone else have that and what works!?

Humidifier, like everyone else has said. Please be sure to clean it regularly, though, since they can get moldy.

I use a saline nasal spray called Ocean Spray...it gives me instant relief.

I haven't been having dry sinuses but the back of my throat has been getting really irritated because of how dry the air is. I've found that a humidifier helps quite a bit, maybe it could help with your sinuses too?

I'll give a humidifier a shot. Any grand recommendations? I haven't used or bought one in over 15 years lol
