“ I wish people would mind their own business”

My Husband and I moved back home to Pastor a church. The former Pastor is my father in law. We have already ran into some issues. I walked into Walmart for the first time since moving back home and I was looking at some explicit items for our New Years when this older lady came to where I was and started talking to me. She was really sweet until I picked up an item off the shelf and put it in my buggy. She asked me if I was married and I told her I was and she called me a liar and that I was going to Hell for buying these items. Her reasoning for it was cause I didn’t have my ring on. I told her my ring was being resized and I’m picking it up later on today. She as loud as she could in the middle of Walmart yelled out “ You and Your husband are going to send the judgements of God here and lead us all into Hell. I have nothing Against any religion but it’s my life and I don’t think God is gonna be upset with me for trying to please my husband much less send anybody to hell over it! So out of spite I even went and bought some new lingerie and made sure I went by her with it! Now I know it’s wrong of me and being a Pastors wife I probably shouldn’t do that but I’m human and it really made me mad. Not to mention all the talk about how we don’t have kids and that I should lay down and give him a kid that’s all I’m there for. I’m beginning to think coming back was a bad idea but his dad is sick so we are trying to help and I guess I’ll push pass it all!!
