I’m confused.

So me and my fiancé had a little “accident” the day after my period two weeks ago and I took a plan B the day after. Two days ago I started my period again, wayyyyy to soon. Then last night my fiancé and I were having sex, with a condom, and I was riding really fast and didn’t notice that he came and kept going and the semen started coming out around the base and was on my clitoris area, I cleaned up immediately. Should I be concerned about any of this?
