Mirena was lost but is finally out. Were you quickly regular?

I routinely tried to get my mirena out at the beginning of November but of course to my dismay he couldn’t get it. That was a fun time of searching and tugging for it. Got an ultrasound and all was fine. They have to put me under to get it out but finally today it’s out!

My OBGYN said that there is no evidence that if I did not get a period with the mirena (3 Years now) That I did not still create a lining on my uterus or ovulate regularly and that I could get pregnant as soon as tomorrow.

Of course I want a happy healthy baby but heard some horror stories about going to fast. I was going to wait for a full period. How long did it take you to get regular?
