Should I pay to cancel rediculous company?
I live in the Netherlands, and here all pregnant women have to get maternity care for after delivery (payer by your insurance). A woman comes to your home and helps you take care of your baby, teaches you how to do so and does household chores if needed.
You have to search for a compay that provides these women around 15 weeks already. They will make an appointment for around 20-25 weeks to come to your home and discuss everything that they need to know etc.
Now, I did this at 15 weeks and the company moved/ had to cancel this appointment 4 times already. Now today, one day beforehand, I get a call from them again. They told me the woman that I was supposed to meet is sick (so she won't come) and they are fully booked until passed my due-date. I could only have a telephonic appointment.
I am furious and want to cancel. Now they are making me pay 150$ claiming this was written in the Terms and Conditions on the website.
Should I?
