How Do You Time Your Feedings?
(I understand looking for hunger queues but I have to make sure I feed every 3 hours as per the pediatrician).
If you start to breastfeed at 3pm and finish at 4pm, would your 3 hours be up at 6pm or 7pm?
I just used an hour to make it simple.
