discharge should I be concerned

Sorry for tmi but I needed to know if any of you mommas had this. well I'm using these diapers since I'm having a bladder problem I sneeze or cough so I pee:( ever since j started wearing them I haven't had an accident in them which is great but for the past 3 days I did notice this type of discharge while I'm on vacation 17 hrs from where I live is this normal I have an appt next week I'm 28 weeks and 2 days
