If I go to get a ultrasound and I should be 10 weeks and 4 days but the baby measures 11 weeks exactly would I now be considered 11 weeks or still 10w4d ?

I'd say so. I went in for a 20 week ultrasound to find I was only 17 weeks along, so that changed my due date.

Go by whatever date the dr gives you. My original due date which was by my last menstrual period was June 8th ....but at my 6 week scan they changed it to June 5th as baby was measuring larger. At my 12 week (12 weeks exactly) I was measuring 12 weeks 5 days ....but they didn't adjust the due date the second time. Just go by the date your dr gives you.

Only if the doctor changes your due date. If your doctor did not say anything about changing it, then no, baby is just a little bigger.
