Flange help please!

So I'm losing my mind trying to figure this out. I've read that your nipple shouldn't rub the sides and areola shouldn't be being sucked in either... mine is doing both.. like how does that work?! lol This is with I guess the medium, 24mm. Doesn't help my breasts are like a cup size or more different, but my left side is kinda doing the same just not as bad.
