Would you use this bassinet?

I was given this bassinet by a close family member. I feel badly rejecting anything they give because it's saying what was good enough for their kids isn't good enough for mine. They bought it about 5 years ago so relatively new, but things have changed a little.

I see a potential issue with it, but don't know if I'm being too crazy. I don't want to say what I think is wrong because I don't want to influence people's input. If you see something that would concern you please share. I was up for hours last night doing bassinet research and don't want to lose anymore sleep!
