Tylenol or ibuprofen?

I’m currently breastfeeding my baby girl . As of 2 days ago I have a stiff neck 😭 is it safe to take Tylenol or ibuprofen for pain ? 
It don’t help either that every time I check my blood pressure is so high 185/110  after I had the baby. I went to the hospital and the PA said, he can’t do nothing for me .

Tylenol is safe to take during pregnancy so i figure it’s the same 🤷🏻‍♀️

Your blood pressure is way too high. Granted the cuff could be the wrong size for your arm, I wouldn't chance it. That PA is a joke and you need to either go to the er or call an oncall Dr asap. I wouldn't recommend an urgent care as they treat short term things and BP meds need to be monitored. Call the ob or your pcp.

I was told to take Motrin. In the hospital, post birth, that’s all they offered (besides the strong stuff). Tylenol is fine when prego, but Motrin after.
