*TMI* currently 37 weeks and 1 day with....

I am currently 37 weeks and 1 day with a watery life discharge that constantly makes me feel like I’m peeing on myself. I literally have had to wear a panty liner my whole entire pregnancy due to have a large amount of discharge which they said could be a mix of being pregnant but also having to get progesterone shots to prevent another preterm labor. The difference in the discharge this whole time until now it that was white or clear but super stretchy like snot. NOW my discharge just wets the inside of my legs. Like now my discharge just seems like water. The only time I’ll get a snot like consistency is when I wipe and that’s barely. It’s like it’s almost nonexistent but here I am consistently “leaking” this discharge.

Ps. I also had an appointment the Tuesday after Christmas and they check and it isn’t my water... any thoughts?????
