Confused

Hi I'm very confused I was at the doctors last week they done a wee sample and said there was blood in my wee so was sending it of to the lab anyways Iv rang my doctors today for the results the women on phone explains to me they never sent my wee of to the lab so Iv asked them what happeneds with a midwife will she be in touch with me she told me yes they put it on my file they done a test and it positive but the nurse had not transferred me to a midwife she said if I feel unwell during the new year to ring 111 as I explains to her I have a really bad head all the time and I'm always dizzy and my wee burns and smell bad but as I didn't ring up before 9 all the oppitment have gone now I feel silly ringing 111 but what does people thing because my doctors seen useless so should i ring 111 to get check over glow predicts I'm 7 weeks pregnancy.
