hey guys.. i hope you’re all doing okay, i joined this group because of something that happened to be when i was around 10 but i’m not quite ready to really open up about it yet. i’ve very recently told my mum the bare minimum of what happened, she doesn’t know exactly what happened because the way i told her was very similar to when they get the vic to touch the dolls and stuff. i still haven’t been to therapy and up until very recently i had to deal with a lot of close family members speaking highly of my abuser or telling me i was wrong about them when i’d say that they’re not a good person etc. i know what happened to me wasn’t as bad as most of the things you’ve all been through, and i know that even tho my case isn’t as bad it is still valid and i still have to live with it.

this is the second time i’ve ever spoken about what happened to me.
