Veggies & Nausea
Hi all! I was doing so well eating lots of vegetables until the nausea hit this week (7 weeks) Now the only veggies I can manage without turning my stomach is a handful of spinach in my smoothie (with apple, kiwis, cinnamon, almond milk and chia - tastes like apple sauce and goes down well!). I seem to have no problem eating fruit. I know we just need to eat what we can at this stage and make sure we are taking a prenatal vitamin but any tips or tricks for eating more vegetables when feeling yucky?
