Anxiety tips..
My anxiety is really bad right now, I don't remember it being like this my last pregnancy. I've been off Zoloft for a year so this isn't an adjustment to that. Anyone had success with anything easing some anxiety? It's not even about the baby, I actually feel very calm about that lol. I literally threw away a book I was reading yesterday because it was making me panicky. Today I dropped a package off at the post office and got so worried that it wouldn't make it to it's destination I had to go home instead of finishing my errands. those are just two examples but I don't feel like sharing all of my crazy on here 😣
