Antibiotics and alcohol?

So I’m getting antibiotics tomorrow for BV, but I have a party tonight. Is it okay to drink alcohol tonight and take the antibiotics tomorrow? Will it have any effect on the meds?

EDIT: it is metronidazole, I should be more clear.

Is it okay to drink alcohol tonight, and take them tomorrow? I will not start the antibiotics until tomorrow, but will drink tonight.

My question is, is that okay? I will not be drinking alcohol while taking the antibiotics, just the night before.
