Is it time for antibiotics?!

I'm 29 weeks pregnant and right around Black Friday I got hit with a cold, pregnant colds are no fun 😒 I went to my DR and he prescribed an antibiotic told me to please wait 7-10 days before deciding to take them, so I did and the cold subsided, didn't take them. But now it seems like I got hit with a sinus infection. I am extremely congested but at the same time blowing my nose 24/7, mucus is 100% GREEN, not a clear or yellow in sight just green! Nasal drip causing a sore throat. I'm doing a neti pot, steams, humidifiers, vapor rub everywhere. Should I go back and start antibiotics for this sinus infection or how did you get rid of yours??
