Sterilization

I’m 21 and trying to get sterilized. I don’t want to deal with long term recurring methods (I can’t use birth control, I have a phobia of needles and the idea of anything inside me that does not belong there including a fetus makes me nauseous) but I am having issues finding someone willing to perform the surgery.

I am asexual I don’t like kids and have a fear of pregnancy and childbirth so odds of me ever changing my mind at slim to none.

Any advice on how to get the doctors to listen to me or places near LA that may be willing?
