back pain

hi everyone. I've been researching the best to my ability but I still would like some comfort from any expecting mom's to be. I am currently 3 weeks and 5 days pregnant (counting from the first day of my last period) and I have read this week is "implantation" week then again I've read it could have happened last week. I have 3 first response BFP and 2 regular BFP .. so I'm definitely pregnant. I understand the high possibility of miscarriages before the 7th week and they have many symptoms. where I'm getting at is that today , all day I've had lower back pain on my right side and cramps in my front right side.... no bleeding. is this normal with back pain? and how long does it last for? my first doctors appointment is Jan 22nd ❤️ please help me feel better I'm scared of the worst ❤️ praying this is a sticky bean. first pregnancy.
