nexplanon
so girls I recently got the nexplanon implant maybe like 1 day ago and I was never told not to lift my arm up above my head and you know I'm really used to doing that that's how I get comfortable and when I take a shower I will have to lift my arm up like that to take off the bandage and reapply the bandage lifting up my arm would that affect it at all ?
