Pregnant again after blighted ovum

Hey so I fell pregnant in June and was waiting on insurance to be able to go to the doctor. Back in August at 12 weeks I went to the ER because I started heavy flow bleeding and found out I had a blighted ovum. After a terrible mc and more emergency trips because of pain (found out after 3 days later I never passed the sac and had to have an OB help me). Fast forward to right now and I'm 5 weeks 3 days waiting on insurance again! I'm on store bought prenatals. I'm worried this baby won't stay either and that everyone I tell I'm lying to. I've been researching, but can't find the information I'm looking for. What are the chances of a mc happening again and when should I give up on insurance and go in to an OB? Any of you ladies have stories?
