Help me understand how far along I am

I recently found out December 24 that I’m pregnant , yay!

BUT, my partner is begging me to get a abortion... which ofc that’s not what I want...

I need to know how far along I am ..HELP?

My last periods first day was November 9, 2017 ..

I conceived December 2,2017 ...

I believe I’m 5-7 weeks .. he believes I’m less ...

He planned a appointment for planned parenthood tomorrow and I’m freaking out because I don’t want to abort him/her ... but he’s begging ... he’s a marine and is worried about not coming back to take care of our little fam...

Please help... I need to know how far along I am...
