HELP IUD CRAMPING

I’m on cycle day 12, I had my kyleena IUD placed on cycle day 3. First couple days I had minor cramping and that’s it.

Today on CD 12 for the past hour I have been having extreme cramping. All of today I have been having watery creamy CM, for the past four hours (before cramping) it got a light red coloring from bleeding. I’ve never given birth before but I would rate these cramps close to giving birth, they make me want to crawl in a ball and die, they’re debilitating. At what point do I go to the hospital? I don’t want to go to the hospital & sound like a wuss then again this is so bad.
