My body, My choice... or not..............

I was watching WhatWouldYouDo on YouTube and one episode had this girl who was pregnant and was going to give the child to a couple because her boyfriend and her broke up. She then had a change in heart and ended up wanting the baby because her boyfriend and her got back together. Do you think that is wrong and she should fulfill her promises or should she have the right to take the baby because it is her body!!!??!???!??!

I think she should stick to her promise and then she can TTC again because she is physically capable.
