Becoming vegetarian while pregnant?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I think I might have to stick with a vegetarian diet during my pregnancy. Starting at about 5 weeks, I've had a food aversion to meat. And I mean like ALL meat. I feel sick eating steak, chicken, fish, etc. and I'm worried my baby won't get all their protein and other nutrients. So far I've been forcing myself to eat some chicken and salmon every once in awhile, but more recently my nausea has become more intense.

Any advice? Should I keep trying to eat meat? If so, how can I combat the nausea? And if not, what are some substitutes? Thanks 😊
