Pregnancy symptoms but bfn

I'm currently 19dpo and 5 days late for AF and I feel like I have so many pregnancy symptoms but I keep getting bfn on tests. I've had sore, achy breasts since about 6dpo, this week my nipples have gotten sore, I've been having light cramping, I've been constantly nauseas for the last week, exhausted, headaches and dizziness. Can I still be pregnant if I'm getting bfn? I've gotten (what seems to be) a few vvvvfl, people on here have told they see them too! What is going on with me!
