Hospital Visits

Is it wrong not to want any visitors in the hospital after having birth? My hubby will be in the room with me and my mom and mother in law will be in the waiting room. This is all I want. I don’t want any friends or other family coming. My husband says I can’t avoid from happening but I think I can give a heads up. Is it wrong or better said impolite???

UPDATE: my MIL wasn’t happy about it even though she’s going to be there but then gladly my husband jumped in and explained to her. She doesn’t agree but understood she will have to roll with it or she’s also out. lol
