Has anybody else been diagnosed with mild anemia? If so, did your doctor tell you to take supplements? Mine told me to take slow FE and my prenatals and I’m so sick the whole entire day that I can’t even eat. Has anybody tried just eating more iron and taking prenatals? Did that help? I called my doctors nurse today and I told her what was going on and if there was anything else I could do for it. She said take something called feosol that has over 200mg of iron in it. The slow FE has 45mg and is making me absolutely miserable. How does this make sense?? I have no idea what to do.
