WORST CRAMPS EVER

Okay so I wouldn’t be asking if this wasn’t out of the norm for me. I was having a nice afternoon delight with myself, but after I came I had the sharpest shooting cramps I’ve ever had! It hurt everything waist down! I couldn’t stand up straight, I couldn’t walk, I walked to the kitchen to get some water and I started to faint! I laid on the kitchen floor for 15 minutes until I could get up and take some meds. But even after that it took 3 hours for it to fully subside.

Anyone experienced this or maybe know what’s going on??
